Our Adult Bible Fellowships (previously known as Sunday School Classes) are groups that meet weekly during the education hour (Sundays @ 9:30am and 11:00 am) or during the week in a home or other desiginated location. During this time, the focus is on teaching Biblical principles while at the same time building relationships through fellowship, prayer, and discussion. The groups also have regular social gatherings for members to create lasting friendships and missions opportunities that serve to advance the gospel in our community and overseas. Groups are available for adults of all ages from college students to senior citizens. Individuals are encouraged to find a group that they can invest in. Investing and staying involved with the same group, will help to create an atmosphere to improve the depth of relationships in our church body, making our ministry to one another more effective, accurately reflecting the depth of God's love and His desired relationship with us. If an ABF group grows to a size that hinders this level of relationship building, then a new "sister" ABF group will be encouraged. Joining an Adult Bible Fellowship provides you with a "home base" at Surfside PCA with other believers. All members and regular attenders of Surfside PCA are encouraged to find an ABF home. |
